Shipping Cost: We offer Free Shipping and $2.99 for Shipping with Insurance
Shipping Times:
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2PM PST (GMT-08:00) will begin processing on the same day.
Processing Time: Orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Delivery Time: Once processed, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days.

For domestic orders, we always choose the most advantageous carrier, whether it be USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another. To accommodate delivery needs, alternative carriers may be chosen at our sole discretion.
All orders, once sent, automatically send an email to the email address on file confirming that your things have shipped.
We suggest all of our customers to enter their email addresses during checkout.
You may track your package using the tracking code and link in this email.
Please email us at info@herbeya.com if, for any reason, you do not receive tracking information within two to three days of placing your order. We will help you obtain it.
MISSING ITEMS
Items might not all arrive in the same box.
If your order contains items that must be transported individually, you will be given numerous tracking numbers.
If an item is missing from your box for whatever reason, please email us at info@herbeya.com so we can check to see if everything was in one package or if more parcels containing the missing items are still on their way to you.
If the customer support agent finds no other tracking numbers, we will just replace the missing items at no further cost.
Once the missing products are sent, a new tracking number will be supplied.
